Pinot Noir Ried Satz 2015
Quality wine; 0,75 Liter; contains sulfites
Pinot Noir should be finely woven and multifaceted and for that, it needs limestone and cool conditions. The Ried Satz is slightly isolated on a slope that descends behind Oslip where these demands are fulfilled perfectly.
Pinot Noir is a tightrope act, a continuous balance between subtlety and substance, silky tannin and acid structure. It is demanding both in the vineyard and in the cellar. If you can understand all its quirks and keep its moodiness in check, it rolls out a carpet of red fruit, autumn leaves, fresh mushrooms, pepper and clove spice in which you want to immerse yourself more than once.
